Comrade Nhu Huu Nhuan, Head of Corporate Finance Department, Department of Finance was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Director of Hai Duong Department of Health.

On the morning of October 2, comrade Nguyen Minh Hung, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province, presented the decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to transfer comrade Nhu Huu Nhuan, Head of the Enterprise Finance Department, Department of Finance to work at the Department of Health and appointed him to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Health of Hai Duong.

The term of appointment is 5 years, starting from October 1, 2023.

Speaking at the assignment of tasks to the new Deputy Director of the Department of Health, Vice Chairman of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Hung congratulated and highly appreciated the efforts of comrade Nhu Huu Nhuan during his work. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that in his new position, comrade Nhu Huu Nhuan spend more time researching the health sector, promptly grasp new tasks, promote his capacity and strengths, and excellently complete assigned tasks; promote the spirit of solidarity, together with the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Department of Health to build a strong agency and unit.

Vice Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Hung delivered a speech assigning tasks.

Speaking at the ceremony, the new Deputy Director of the Department of Health accepted the direction of the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; promised to continuously study and improve knowledge, skills and expertise; build solidarity within the Board of Directors, and work with the agency and unit to excellently complete the assigned tasks.

Comrade Nhu Huu Nhuan was born in 1973 in Thai Hoc commune (Binh Giang, Hai Duong), has a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's degree in accounting. He used to work at the Hai Hung Irrigation Department. In 1999, he worked at the Department of Finance, as Deputy Chief Inspector of the Department of Finance, in charge of the Enterprise Finance Department. Since January 2020, he has been the Head of the Enterprise Finance Department, Department of Finance.
