Comrade Le Anh Dung holds the position of Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong province.

At the conference to announce the decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial People's Committee on personnel work on the morning of July 31, Comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, presented the decision to receive and appoint Comrade Le Anh Dung, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Kim Thanh district to work and hold the position of Director of the Department of Planning and Investment. The term of office is 5 years, from July 31, 2024 to July 30, 2029.

Speaking at the assignment, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang acknowledged and highly appreciated the working capacity of Comrade Le Anh Dung. As a cadre who grew up from the grassroots and held many different positions, during his tenure as Secretary of the Kim Thanh District Party Committee, Comrade Le Anh Dung and the district leadership united, built and developed the socio-economy, bringing many improvements to the locality.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang believes that Comrade Le Anh Dung will quickly approach the new job, unite with the Department of Planning and Investment, and perform well the advisory tasks in the department's fields.

Comrade Le Anh Dung was born in 1982, his hometown is Kim Xuyen commune (Kim Thanh). He has a bachelor's degree in economics from the National Economics University, a master's degree in economics from the Hanoi University of Agriculture; and a high level of political theory. He has held the positions of Head of the Finance and Planning Department, Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Director of the District Political Training Center, Standing Deputy Secretary, and Secretary of the Kim Thanh District Party Committee.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee also decided to transfer comrade Nguyen Huu Thong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office to work at Kim Thanh District Party Committee; appointed comrade Nguyen Huu Thong to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Kim Thanh District Party Committee from July 31.
