Comrade Le Anh Dung, Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of Thanh Mien District Party Committee.

Comrades Le Anh Dung and Duong Van Xuyen were elected as members of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province.

At the 26th Session, Hai Duong Provincial People's Council elected 2 additional members and dismissed 2 members of the Provincial People's Committee.
Comrade Le Anh Dung holds the position of Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong province.

Comrade Le Anh Dung, Provincial Party Committee member, District Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of Kim Thanh District People's Council was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong province from July 31.
