Hai Duong team is urgently practicing to prepare for the Con Son Cup International Table Tennis Tournament

Coach Cao Anh Tuan said that Hai Duong will send a men's team of 8 players and a women's team of 6 players to this tournament. Currently, apart from Doan Ba ​​Tuan Anh and Bui Ngoc Lan who are training with the national team, the remaining players are practicing in Hai Duong. On September 8, Doan Ba ​​Tuan Anh and Bui Ngoc Lan will return to Hai Duong to join the team.

Hai Duong will have all the best players participating in this tournament such as Nguyen Duc Tuan, Doan Ba ​​Tuan Anh, Bui Ngoc Lan... and will compete in all 4 events: men's team, women's team, men's singles and women's singles. Coach Cao Anh Tuan added that some of Hai Duong's players have been suffering from injuries for many months, including number 1 player Nguyen Duc Tuan.

According to the Organizing Committee, the 2023 Con Son Cup International Table Tennis Tournament has so far determined the exact domestic teams participating, including Hanoi, Hanoi T&T, Public Security, Army and host Hai Duong. The international team only has Guangdong (China) registered to compete, but the number of athletes is unknown.

The 2023 Con Son Cup International Table Tennis Tournament will be hosted for the first time by Hai Duong province from September 9-13 at the Provincial Sports Gymnasium. From September 10-11, matches will take place at 3 fixed time slots: 8:00, 14:00 and 19:30. On the evening of September 13, the final matches of men's and women's singles, summarizing, awarding and closing ceremonies will take place.
