Binh Giang district defense area exercise achieved excellent results

In his closing speech, Comrade Nguyen Minh Hung, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for the Defense Area Exercise (District level) of the province, assessed that the defense area exercise of Binh Giang district was a great success. Before and during the exercise, the exercise framework promoted high spirit and responsibility, and performed its role well. The exercise process was free from documents and materials. The exercise contents were close to the actual local situation.

The practice of capturing terrorists, rescuing hostages and practicing fighting enemy fire to protect targets used a large amount of explosives, gas bullets, smoke bullets... but the forces coordinated smoothly, ensuring absolute safety.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee noted that after the exercise, the Party Committee, government and people of Binh Giang district continued to clearly identify their responsibilities in building and protecting the Fatherland in the new situation. Continuously consolidate and build forces; direct investment in infrastructure to build an increasingly solid district defense zone. Proactively and effectively prevent the enemy's strategy of "peaceful evolution"; "riotous overthrow" and other types of war. Do a good job of national defense and security education.

The Binh Giang district defense zone exercise was rated as excellent by the Provincial Defense Zone Exercise Steering Committee. 3 groups and 5 individuals were awarded certificates of merit by the Provincial People's Committee. The Binh Giang district People's Committee rewarded 8 groups and 11 individuals with outstanding achievements in performing the district defense zone exercise task in 2023.
