New points in enrollment of People's Police schools

According to the draft guidelines for People's Public Security recruitment in 2023, universities and colleges under the Ministry of Public Security have some important adjustments compared to last year, candidates should take note.

The target for the People's Public Security intermediate level has increased 3 times.

According to the draft guidelines for the 2023 People's Public Security recruitment of the Ministry of Public Security, the People's Public Security universities and colleges including: Fire Prevention and Fighting University, People's Public Security University of Engineering and Logistics, People's Security College I, People's Police College I and People's Police College II are expected to be assigned to recruit 1,185 new regular intermediate level students.

Compared to 2022, the intermediate level quota of People's Police schools in 2023 increased sharply (from 390 quotas to 1,185 quotas).

Of these, the quota for the intermediate level of the People's Public Security of the Fire Prevention and Fighting University and the People's Public Security University of Engineering and Logistics is 60.

People's Security College I is expected to be assigned 225 quotas, People's Police College I is assigned 480 quotas and People's Police College II is assigned 360 quotas.

Expected to remove 2 exam codes CA3 and CA4

In 2023, the form of admission to the People's Public Security intermediate system will not change much compared to 2022. But there are some new points to note as follows:

Firstly, it is expected to directly admit candidates who have won third prize or higher in national and international competitions for excellent students or national and international science and technology competitions.

Second, in addition to conscripts and graduates of the Cultural School, it is expected to add admission quotas for intermediate level students for high school graduates.

In particular, for the assessment exam of the Ministry of Public Security, instead of organizing 4 exam codes like last year, this year the Ministry of Public Security plans to remove 2 exam codes CA3 and CA4 in this exam.

Thus, there will be only 2 exam codes: CA1 (multiple-choice test in the fields of natural sciences, social sciences, English language and math essay) and CA2 (multiple-choice test in the fields of natural sciences, social sciences, English language and literature essay).
