Not only having strength in spiritual tourism, Uong Bi city, Quang Ninh province is also blessed by nature with many unique natural landscapes, the most recent of which is Phuong Hoang mountain.
To increase the attractiveness of tourism in the Fall - Winter, from the beginning of 2023, Uong Bi City has proposed a plan to introduce two new products: experiential tourism at Binh Huong peak and Phuong Hoang hill. In particular, the program "Golden Autumn - Uong Bi 2023" at Phuong Hoang hill is considered the start of a series of events to stimulate tourism in the city.
Phuong Hoang Peak is located in Hamlet 12 Khe, Bac Son, Uong Bi; also known as Ba Tang Mountain. It is 40km from the center of Ha Long City and 135km from the center of Hanoi.
Standing on the top of Phuong Hoang hill, you can see the whole view of Uong Bi city. This place is currently an attractive place for tourists to experience, take photos or camp; it is likened to "the forgotten land" in the middle of the bustling Uong Bi city.This is the first time Uong Bi City has hosted the program "Uong Bi Golden Autumn 2023" and chosen Phoenix Hill as the venue.The event attracted thousands of people to participate and respond.Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, Vice Chairman of Uong Bi City People's Committee said: Through the program, the city hopes to stimulate tourism, promote and advertise the potential and strengths of local tourism, introduce the city's new tourism products to travel agencies and tourists with the message "Uong Bi - Experience green, friendly, dynamic and attractive tourism"On the sidelines of the program, there are many attractive activities such as: Art exchange between folk dance clubs, street music...
