As an emerging destination that many young people seek out when traveling to Quang Ninh, Binh Huong Peak (Uong Bi City, Quang Ninh) attracts tourists with its wild beauty, from vast grasslands to trails running between poetic hills.
Binh Huong is a mountain range with an altitude of 467m, stretching 3km, located in Vang Danh ward, 10km from the center of Uong Bi city and 50km from Ha Long city.
Here, with the wild beauty of grass carpets, pine forests surrounded by mountains, Binh Huong is considered by some tourists as a "rough gem" of Quang Ninh.
Binh Huong Peak is covered with endless grass carpets, the color of which changes with the seasons, from green in the summer to yellow in the fall, and brown like burnt grass in the winter.
From the top of Binh Huong, you can see the mountains in the distance. From here, visitors can take in the beautiful scenery of Uong Bi city and Bach Dang river.
The vast hills below the grass carpet changing color with each season in Binh Huong are a favorite check-in spot for young people. Each season coming to Binh Huong gives different sparkling photos.

It is very high here, you can see the mountains so no matter which angle you turn the camera to, you will have a beautiful photo,” Nguyen Hai Ninh (Uong Bi City) shared.
The vast and endless grasslands seem to highlight the wild and open beauty of a large hill area. Many tourists choose to experience climbing to the top of the mountain at an altitude of more than 400m above sea level.
The weather gradually enters autumn, which is the ideal season to explore Binh Huong peak. At this time, the weather is cool, sunny, windy and the air is fresh. Besides the experience of sightseeing and enjoying the beauty of nature, many tourists choose this place to organize camping with friends and relatives.
Many families bring their children here to have picnics on weekends. Currently, there is a new route to Binh Huong by motorbike. Visitors should follow Vang Danh path through Lan Thap bridge for about 100m, then turn towards Dong Chanh and you will see a cloth sign saying "The way to Binh Huong peak". Although this route is longer, it is easier to go and not as steep as the old route.
The best time to travel to Binh Huong is the "burning grass" season, which starts from the end of September to the end of October. During this time, the grass fields and romantic pine hills at the top of Binh Huong become an attractive photo backdrop.According to VOV
