On the morning of November 24, on National Highway 5, through Lai Vu commune (Kim Thanh, Hai Duong), a traffic accident occurred between a motorbike and a tractor-trailer, causing the motorcyclist to die on the way to the emergency room.

The victim was Mr. VVH, born in 1972 in Tan Xuan commune, Van Ho district (Son La).
At about 6:40 a.m. on November 24, Mr. BVC, born in 1990 in Dong Son commune, Dong Hung district (Thai Binh), drove a tractor 15C-113.17 pulling a trailer 15R-154.74 on National Highway 5, in the direction of Hanoi - Hai Phong. When reaching km61+800, in Lai Vu commune (Kim Thanh), he collided with a motorbike 26P1-063.43 driven by Mr. VVH, who was driving from the dike south of Lai Vu down to Highway 5 through the opening to the road leading to Hop Nhat village, Lai Vu commune (Kim Thanh).
As a result, Mr. H. died on the way to the emergency room.
