Initial information, at around 8:20 a.m. on the same day, on National Highway 5, through My Tranh village, Nam Son commune (bordering Hung Vuong ward, Hong Bang district, Hai Phong), motorbike with license plate 34B3-673.xx was driving in the wrong lane and collided with the motorbike in front.
The collision caused two people on the 34B3-673.xx vehicle to fall onto the road and were run over by the container truck, killing them. The two victims were a husband and wife, residing in Kim Thanh district, Hai Duong.
The police are investigating the cause of the accident.
