Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee has just approved the Project to Preserve the Con Son - Kiep Bac historical and cultural relic site associated with tourism development.

Accordingly, the Kiep Bac temple area will be renovated, including: restoring Vien Lang, Vien Lang lake (Ngoc lake) with items such as the bridge to Vien Lang, ceremonial gate, dragon screen, screen, flagpole, stele house, incense burner...; dredging Ngoc lake, embanking the lake, Vien Lang embankment, planting trees...

For the Con Son pagoda area, water will be pumped, mud and trash will be dredged from the bottom of the Crescent Lake, trees will be planted, walking paths will be built around the lake, and a parking lot will be built southwest of the Crescent Lake...

The total land use area is nearly 13.9 hectares, with a budget of 100 billion VND from the central budget for the period 2021-2025. The project is invested by the Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, with implementation time in 2025.

This relic site is also determined to become a national tourist area and an attractive destination for domestic and international tourists.
