On June 15, Ambassador Bui The Giang, former Deputy Head of the Permanent Mission of Vietnam to the United Nations, former Director of the Department of People's Foreign Affairs, Director of the Department of Western Europe - North America, Central Foreign Affairs Commission, gave a talk on the current international situation and foreign policy of our Party and State at the Union of Friendship Organizations of Hai Duong province.
