The General Secretary's book: Seizing the opportunity to successfully complete the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress

With more than 500 pages, the book "The whole country unites, seizes every opportunity, overcomes every difficulty and challenge, determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress" selects 38 typical articles and speeches of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, demonstrating important orientations in the strategic and comprehensive direction of the Central Executive Committee and the Politburo to deploy and organize the implementation of political tasks of the country in general as well as of fields and localities in particular.

Each article in the book has suggested for all levels, sectors, localities, agencies and units to thoroughly grasp in order to promote the spirit of initiative, creativity, daring to think and dare to do, mobilizing all resources, determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, bringing the country to rapid and sustainable development.

Mr. Tran Hai Quan, Residential Group 11, My Dinh 1 Ward (Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi) said that the articles in the book are speeches by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong in the first half of the 13th Party Congress term at Central Conferences and national conferences to disseminate and implement the Politburo's resolutions on socio-economic development directions, ensuring national defense and security for socio-economic regions until 2030, with a vision to 2045.

Through researching and reading the book, Mr. Tran Hai Quan was most impressed with the content of the articles on the field of security and national defense because the General Secretary's instructions in each article showed that stability and sustainable development in all aspects of economic and social life are the solid foundation of national defense and security.

In particular, in the process of building potential and national defense and security strength, we must take economic development as the goal and create a favorable environment for socio-economic development.

The article contributes to creating the nation's overall strength, expanding economic and technical cooperation with other countries, creating a fundamental change in the structure of the national economy, meeting the needs of improving people's lives, accumulating for development, ensuring a solid and regular national defense, ready and capable of defeating all plots and tricks of sabotage and invasion by hostile forces.

According to Mr. Tran Hai Quan, the highlight of the article clearly shows that each key economic zone is often located in the country's key defense and defense areas, where there are many important objects and targets that must be protected.

At the same time, the key economic zone has been and is a key area for the enemy to carry out the strategy of "peaceful evolution" and violent overthrow against our country.

Therefore, the General Secretary said that it is necessary to carry out economic development well in conjunction with strengthening and enhancing national defense and security in these regions.

Impressed with the article "Continue to further promote the innovation process, take advantage of all opportunities and advantages: overcome all difficulties and challenges; determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress", Mr. Nguyen Dinh San, Secretary of Party Cell 2, Ngoc Ha Ward (Ba Dinh District, Hanoi) said that the article clearly pointed out, looking back at the first half of the 13th term, on building the socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam and the great national unity bloc: Vietnam has very successfully organized the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term in the context of the complicated and very serious developments of the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring democracy, equality, legality, safety, and economy, truly a festival for all people.

As the General Secretary pointed out, in order to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, authorities at all levels need to continue to promote administrative reform, especially administrative procedure reform, building the government and e-government; resolutely direct the system of judicial agencies to continue to improve the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of judicial activities, fight against corruption and negativity; promote the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, contributing significantly to strengthening social consensus and promoting the strength of great national unity.
