Announcing 16 complete online public service procedures of Hai Duong Department of Justice

The Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee has decided to announce 16 procedures for providing full online public services under the management scope of the Department of Justice.

*Judicial Officer - Civil Status of Hai Tan Ward (City)* *Hai Duong) implements online public services for the entire process of re-registering domestic adoption.*

In particular, there are 2 administrative procedures used in common at the provincial, district and commune levels: Issuing copies of household registration extracts and confirming household registration information.

13 provincial-level administrative procedures, notably the following procedures: Issuing judicial records to Vietnamese citizens and foreigners residing in Vietnam; issuing judicial records to state agencies, political organizations, and socio-political organizations (for Vietnamese citizens and foreigners residing in Vietnam); issuing judicial records to prosecution agencies (for Vietnamese citizens and foreigners residing in Vietnam); registering for bailiff apprenticeship...

1 online commune-level administrative procedure is to re-register domestic adoption.

The Decision also promulgates 28 procedures for providing online public services partly within the scope of management functions of the Department of Justice.
