With the slogan “Work hard - play hard”, the festival attracted thousands of workers and laborers to participate and cheer for the program. The festival included competitions such as sack jumping, tug of war, and lucky draw. At the festival, workers organized 40 booths to display clothing and food. The booths were beautifully decorated and eye-catching for scoring. The company's Board of Directors supported each booth with 500,000 VND for decoration and design.

The festival took place in a lively atmosphere, creating a joyful atmosphere among all workers and laborers towards celebrating the 137th anniversary of International Labor Day (May 1, 1886 - May 1, 2023), Workers' Month 2023. At the end of the festival, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize worth 5 million VND to the booth of MK2B department; the first prize in men's tug of war worth 3 million VND to MK2A department; the first prize in women's tug of war worth 3 million VND to MK1 department; the first prize in sack jumping worth 3 million VND to MK2B department.

This is an annual activity of the enterprise to create a useful playground for workers and laborers.

Makalot Vietnam Garment Company Limited currently has more than 6,000 workers and employees, specializing in the production of garments for export to Europe. This is the largest enterprise in Thanh Ha district to date. The enterprise has made many positive contributions to the local social security work and spends billions of VND each year to take care of workers and employees.
