The Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee has just decided to impose an administrative fine of VND 330 million on Clark Material Handling Vietnam Co., Ltd. (headquartered at km 38 of National Highway 5, Phuc Dien Commune, Cam Giang).
The reason is that the Clark Material Handling Vietnam Project of the above enterprise in the industrial cluster of Road 20A, Vinh Hong Commune (Binh Giang) operates without an environmental license granted by the People's Committee of Hai Duong province according to regulations.
In addition to the fine, the company must suspend the operation of the waste source without an environmental license for the Clark Material Handling Vietnam Project within 158 days from the effective date of this decision.
Previously, in January 2025, Clark Material Handling Vietnam Co., Ltd. was also fined VND 485 million for environmental violations.
