Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee has granted a license to Clark Material Handling Vietnam Co., Ltd., located at km 38 of National Highway 5, Phuc Dien Commune (Cam Giang) to carry out environmental protection activities of the "Clark Material Handling Vietnam" Facility at the same address.
This facility has a production, processing and assembly scale of 7,500 forklifts, trailers and logistics equipment products per year; business of forklifts, trailers and logistics equipment parts with a scale of 50,800 products/year; repair and maintenance of forklifts, trailers and logistics equipment 1,500 products/year.
The Provincial People's Committee requires enterprises to regularly and properly operate waste treatment facilities to ensure that waste after treatment meets environmental technical standards; take measures to minimize noise and vibration to meet environmental protection requirements; manage waste according to the provisions of law. Be responsible before the law when pollutants, noise, and vibration do not meet the permitted requirements.
Previously, on January 8, 2025, Clark Material Handling Vietnam Co., Ltd. was fined VND 485 million for a number of environmental violations, the most serious of which was that the “Clark Material Handling Vietnam” facility did not have an environmental license, and was fined up to VND 320 million. After that, the company promptly completed the procedures to obtain an environmental license.
