Announcement of resolutions passed at the 8th Session, 15th National Assembly

Resolutions of the National Assembly include: Resolution No. 158/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly on the Socio-Economic Development Plan for 2025; Resolution No. 159/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly on the State budget estimate for 2025; Resolution No. 160/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly on the allocation of the Central budget for 2025; Resolution No. 161/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly on continuing to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of policies and laws on real estate market management and social housing development; Resolution No. 162/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly approving the investment policy of the National Target Program on Cultural Development for the 2025 - 2035 period; Resolution No. 163/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly approving the investment policy for the National Target Program on Drug Prevention and Control until 2030; Resolution No. 164/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly piloting the handling of evidence and assets during the investigation, prosecution and trial of a number of criminal cases; Resolution No. 165/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly approving the Prime Minister's proposal on the dismissal of the Minister of Finance and Minister of Transport for the 2021-2026 term; Resolution No. 166/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly approving the Prime Minister's proposal on the appointment of the Minister of Finance and Minister of Transport for the 2021-2026 term; Resolution No. 168/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly electing members of the National Assembly Standing Committee and General Secretary of the 15th National Assembly; Resolution No. 169/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly on the organization of urban government in Hai Phong City; Resolution No. 175/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly on the establishment of Hue City under the Central Government.

Resolutions of the National Assembly Standing Committee, including: Resolution No. 56/2024/UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee promulgating the Regulation on coordination between the Supreme People's Court and the Ministry of National Defense in managing military courts in terms of organization; Resolution No. 57/2024/UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee approving the proposal of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court on departments, offices and equivalents, press agencies of the Supreme People's Court; Resolution No. 1314/NQ-UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of district-level and commune-level administrative units of Hue City in the period of 2023 - 2025.

Resolution No. 1036/NQ-UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the appointment of the Chief of the National Assembly Office. Accordingly, comrade Le Quang Tung, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the National Assembly Party Delegation, member of the 15th National Assembly Standing Committee, and General Secretary of the 15th National Assembly, was appointed to hold the position of Chief of the National Assembly Office.

Resolution No. 1299/NQ-UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on approving the election results of the Head of the XV National Assembly Delegation of Ha Giang province. Accordingly, approving the election results of Comrade Ly Thi Lan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the XV National Assembly Delegation of Ha Giang province to hold the position of Head of the XV National Assembly Delegation of Ha Giang province.

Resolution No. 1038/NQ-UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on approving the resignation of Head of the XV National Assembly Delegation of Quang Binh province. Accordingly, approving comrade Vu Dai Thang to resign from the position of Head of the XV National Assembly Delegation of Quang Binh province due to job transfer.

Resolution No. 1039/NQ-UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the transfer of activities of the National Assembly Delegation for comrade Vu Dai Thang. Accordingly, comrade Vu Dai Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, transferred activities from the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Binh province to the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Ninh province.
