The Principal of Pham Su Manh Secondary School is dedicated to her profession.

After graduating from Hai Duong Pedagogical College in October 1992, Ms. Ha started working at Thai Thinh Secondary School. From 1997, Ms. Ha moved to teach at Pham Su Manh Secondary School, then An Luu Town Secondary School. In 2004, Ms. Ha returned to Pham Su Manh Secondary School as Head of the Natural Science Group.

In 2013, Ms. Ha was assigned the important position of Vice Principal of Pham Su Manh Secondary School, a key school in Kinh Mon town. Since February 2015, she has been the school's Principal until now.

With over 30 years in the profession, no matter what position she holds, Ms. Ha has demonstrated excellent teaching ability and left her mark on the education career, gaining the trust and love of colleagues, students and parents.

Ms. Ha shared: “A good teacher is not only solid in his/her subject but also knows how to inspire his/her students”. Therefore, dry numbers or difficult math problems through Ms. Ha’s method become interesting lessons that help students passionately explore and conquer knowledge for life.

During her teaching career, Ms. Ha has constantly self-studied, innovated her methods, promoted her students’ abilities, initiative, and creativity; actively wrote and applied initiatives in teaching to improve her abilities, professional qualifications, teaching and management experience. To date, Ms. Ha has had 8 initiatives recognized at the provincial and grassroots levels.

With the mission of nurturing excellent students, Ms. Ha always sets out plans, routes, and researches knowledge in books, newspapers, magazines, and the internet to serve her lectures more effectively. With Ms. Ha's enthusiasm and dedication, the team of excellent math students in grades 8 and 9 of Kinh Mon town has achieved encouraging results with nearly 100 provincial awards. In terms of team rankings, for many consecutive years, they have been in the top of the province, with some years ranking first, second, and third in the province.

In her managerial position, Ms. Ha always closely monitors and directs the planning and implementation of the school year plan of professional groups and teachers, as well as creating conditions for teachers to gain more knowledge and skills in preparing lessons and approaching the new general education program; doing a good job of advising to improve facilities, selecting and training staff and teachers; selecting and discovering talented students; actively building a friendly school and active students.

For many years, Ms. Ha has been trusted to be a core math teacher at the provincial and district levels; guiding, training, and supporting teachers to compete in provincial-level excellent teacher competitions. In 2020, during the complicated development of Covid-19, Ms. Ha was trusted by the Hai Duong Department of Education and Training to teach 4 math lessons to post on YouTube as a learning resource for students, which was positively received by colleagues and students.

Ms. Ha has been awarded the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots and provincial levels 14 times; has received many certificates of merit from the Minister of Education and Training, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and certificates of merit from the Director of the Department of Education and Training of Hai Duong, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Kinh Mon town. In 2012, Ms. Ha was awarded the "For the Cause of Education" medal by the Minister of Education and Training. In 2023, she was honored to receive the title of Excellent Teacher from the President.

Pham Su Manh Secondary School has been recognized as an excellent working group for many years. In recent school years, the school has received certificates of merit from the Minister of Education and Training, emulation flags from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and certificates of merit from the Director of the Department of Education and Training of Hai Duong for its outstanding achievements.

Ms. Ha modestly said: "The achievements we have made are all the efforts of the whole team."

With her sense of responsibility and dedication, she has made an important contribution to the achievements and quality of education in the town. The school is a bright spot in the top of the province in terms of education quality.
