From studying for the excellent student exam, participating in the excellent teacher exam, then participating in union work, becoming union president, it seems like she has no time for herself. However, she does not feel sad but always finds joy and happiness in her job. For her, that is life.

With a petite, pretty and gentle figure, Ms. Thuy is considered the person who "lights the fire" for the union movement at Cam Che Secondary School. She regularly cares about and grasps the thoughts and aspirations of cadres, teachers and workers to propose to the Board of Directors to promptly resolve difficulties and problems in teaching as well as in life. At the school, when union members are sick, the Union Executive Committee discusses and holds group meetings to arrange suitable work for union members to have time to treat their illness. In addition to activities to take good care of union members on holidays, Tet, and birthdays, Cam Che Secondary School Union also stands out with many union movements, Ms. Thuy plays a core role. The school union has established a volleyball and art club to participate in many competitions organized by the district and provincial federations and won many high prizes. The school union won first prize at the provincial and district level in the art exchange in 2019; First prize in the 2023 volleyball exchange and first prize in the 2024 nutritional meal contest.

Ms. Thuy shared: “The most successful thing in the union movement is the support and enthusiastic participation of union members. Everyone contributes good ideas and actively practices every time the program is launched. Therefore, the school’s union movement has also become a bright spot in the district.”

Ms. Thuy said that in order for the union movement to develop and maintain its "form" for many years, she herself has made constant efforts. She discussed each program with the Union Executive Committee and reported in detail to the Board of Directors to be given favorable conditions regarding preparation time. Each performance or nutritious meal when competing has her creativity. Ms. Tran Thi Chi, Principal of Cam Che Secondary School, said that Ms. Thuy is a qualified teacher, with good expertise, energetic and enthusiastic in the activities of the school and the union. For each assigned task, Ms. Thuy always spends a lot of time and effort to carry out, so she often achieves high results.

Not only enthusiastic about the movement, Ms. Thuy is also a teacher with good expertise. She is good at teaching history and geography, is participating in the Subject Council of the Thanh Ha District Department of Education and Training and is a key geography teacher for junior high school students of the Department of Education and Training. She constantly improves her experience, solid expertise and achieves many achievements and high efficiency in the teaching process. For many years, she has been an excellent teacher at the district and provincial levels. She has many initiatives recognized at the provincial and industry levels. For many years, she has been a grassroots emulation fighter. In the 2011-2012 school year, she was a provincial emulation fighter. She was awarded a certificate of merit by the Ministry of Education and Training for the 2012-2013 school year. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded a certificate of merit for the 2021-2022 school year and many times received certificates of merit from the Chairman of the Thanh Ha District People's Committee.
