According to the Gia Loc District People's Committee, as of March 27, the district had cleared 173.83 hectares of land, accounting for nearly 100% of the area subject to recovery to implement the Gia Loc Industrial Park project.
Gia Loc Industrial Park is invested by Nam Quang Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company with a total capital of over 2,000 billion VND.
This project covers an area of 197.94 hectares, of which 23.48 hectares are available land of Hoang Dieu Industrial Park, the remaining area is subject to recovery. Up to now, Gia Loc District People's Committee has cleared 173.83 hectares, accounting for nearly 100% of the area subject to recovery. Currently, there are 2,389 square meters of agricultural land of 5 households in Hoang Dieu Commune that cannot be recovered due to illegal transfer and land violations.
Previously, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province changed the land use purpose and allocated land on an area of 170.34 hectares to Nam Quang Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company to implement the Gia Loc Industrial Park project. Up to now, the investor is implementing site clearance and construction of technical infrastructure.
