Granting land use right certificates for Gia Loc industrial park

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision to grant a certificate of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land to Nam Quang Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company for a part of the land area of ​​Gia Loc Industrial Park. This is the first issuance of certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets for this industrial park.

Total area granted certificate: 988,108.6 m2; private land use form, effective date: March 23, 2071. Purpose of use: industrial park land, land use origin: State leases land with annual payment.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to direct the issuance of certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land.

Gia Loc Industrial Park project has a scale of nearly 198 hectares, located in Hong Hung, Toan Thang, Hoang Dieu communes and Gia Loc town. The project has an operating period of 50 years, from March 22, 2021 (the date the Prime Minister decided on the investment policy).
