On December 30, Mr. Nguyen Ba Hien, Head of the Management Board of Huong Son Scenic Relic Site, said that the 2023 Huong Pagoda Festival will return to the way it was before the pandemic, lasting 3 months from January 23 to April 23.
The highlight of this year's festival is that the Organizing Committee has switched from traditional paper tickets to electronic tickets; rearranged ticket sales points, and stopped selling tickets at the two gates of Tien Mai and Dong Khe to ensure ventilation and create favorable conditions for visitors.
The entrance fee to Huong Pagoda and insurance for adults is 80,000 VND/trip, children 40,000 VND/trip. The price for a two-way boat service to Huong Tich is 50,000 VND/person, and for Long Van - Tuyet Son is 35,000 VND/person.
This year, the Organizing Committee also piloted an electric car model at bus stations so that visitors to Huong Pagoda can conveniently visit and enjoy the beauty of Huong Son commune.
Due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, Huong Pagoda will postpone welcoming visitors and will not hold the opening ceremony for the 2021 and 2022 festival seasons.
The Huong Pagoda Festival is the longest in the country, attracting millions of visitors each year. This relic is located in Huong Son commune, My Duc district, about 60 km from the center of Hanoi.
