At noon on January 9, professional units of Nghe An Provincial Police and Vinh City Police are expanding their investigation and taking statements from suspects in a drug trafficking ring with large quantities.
Initial information, on the same morning, the authorities organized to arrest a pickup truck suspected of transporting drugs in Hung Chinh commune, Vinh city.
According to the video recorded by the people, at this time, the police officers rushed in to control the pickup truck driver. Due to the resistance, the police force had to fire many consecutive shots into the air. At the scene, the police seized at least 34 carefully wrapped packages suspected to be heroin.
