The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just issued an official dispatch requesting the Department of Construction, the Management Board of Industrial Parks; People's Committees of districts, towns and cities; investors of works and projects investing in the construction of residential areas and urban areas to strengthen the management of construction order and construction activities in residential areas and urban areas in the province.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Construction to review and strictly manage real estate projects, especially future real estate projects, to ensure that the putting of real estate into business and the transfer of real estate projects must meet all conditions prescribed by law. The People's Committees of districts, towns and cities organize the management of construction activities and construction order for houses and construction works (regardless of capital sources and investors) in the area, especially in areas adjacent to industrial parks and clusters, in residential areas and urban areas... All violations must be inspected, prevented and handled promptly, publicly and transparently from the moment they arise. Resolutely enforce the demolition of violating works in accordance with the provisions of law. The People's Committees of districts, towns and cities are fully responsible before the Provincial People's Committee when administrative violations of construction and construction order occur in the area...

The Management Board of Industrial Parks shall coordinate with competent state agencies to carry out the tasks of inspection, examination, and handling of violations of construction order; strengthen inspection, supervision, and guidance for investors to comply with the provisions of the law on construction and related laws; carry out construction quality management for projects and construction works in industrial parks according to decentralization and in accordance with legal regulations.
