Chairman of Ninh Giang District People's Committee proposed to handle 1 individual, recover nearly 377 million VND

On the morning of July 12, the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Fatherland Front Committee supervised the handling of voters' and people's opinions and recommendations; the work of receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations of comrade Phan Nhat Thanh, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Ninh Giang District People's Committee.

In 2022 and 2023, the Chairman of Ninh Giang District People's Committee signed and issued 81 documents directing and guiding the organization of citizen reception; directly receiving citizens for 22 days, authorizing citizen reception for 22 days, receiving 171 cases, including 5 complaints and denunciations under the authority to resolve. All 5 cases were directed by the Chairman of the District People's Committee to be resolved on time, recommending handling of 1 individual, recovering nearly 377 million VND economically. Directing the District Inspectorate to conduct 4 inspections of the responsibilities of the Chairmen of the People's Committees of a number of communes in implementing the law on inspection, citizen reception, complaints, denunciations and anti-corruption.
