Do a good job of handling complaints and denunciations about land.

On the morning of February 6, comrades: Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Trieu The Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee received citizens regularly in February. Also receiving were leaders of the Provincial People's Council, a number of relevant departments, branches, sectors and localities.

At the meeting, 5 citizens and groups of citizens made recommendations to the provincial leaders on issues related to land recovery, compulsory inventory enforcement for project implementation, granting of land use right certificates, land disputes, etc.

Mr. Dao Xuan Sam in Luong Dien commune (Cam Giang) made a request regarding land recovery and compulsory inventory to implement the Luong Dien Industrial Cluster Project.

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang requested that immediately after the Lunar New Year 2024, relevant units need to organize dialogues to explain, propagate, and guide relevant people to ensure transparency in accordance with regulations. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment coordinates with the People's Committee of Cam Giang district and other relevant agencies to implement and report the results of the dialogue before March 1, 2024 to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

At the citizen reception, Mr. Tang Ba Chinh in Quyet Thang commune (Hai Duong city) requested agencies and units to speed up the process of granting land use right certificates to households signing land transfer contracts. Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang requested relevant units to coordinate, clarify responsibilities, and complete the dossier for granting land use right certificates to households before June 30, 2024.

All reflections and recommendations from citizens and citizen groups were requested by Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang to be reported to relevant departments, branches and localities for clarification and assigned a specific deadline for resolution.
