On the morning of June 28, Hai Duong Provincial Inspectorate trained in handling petitions, resolving complaints and denunciations and introduced some new points of the 2022 Inspection Law.

180 officials and civil servants in charge of inspection and citizen reception in the province listened to comrade Vu Van Chien, Senior Inspector, Principal of the Inspectorate Cadre School, disseminate and guide regulations, skills and professional skills in citizen reception, handling petitions, resolving complaints and denunciations.

Delegates also had the opportunity to answer and share some practical situations in handling petitions and complaints; and experience in handling difficult situations in receiving citizens and resolving complaints and denunciations in the area.

District, town and city inspectors were given answers and shared some practical situations in receiving citizens and handling petitions and complaints at the grassroots level.

In the first 6 months of 2024, state administrative agencies in the province received 3,941 citizens coming to make complaints, denunciations, recommendations, and reflections, an increase of 159 compared to the same period in 2023); received 4,328 complaints, denunciations, and requests, and processed 4,310 of them. Agencies and units have seriously implemented citizen reception, complaints, and denunciations; promptly resolved cases, especially crowded and complicated cases.
