According to the provincial Statistics Office, Hai Duong's consumer price index (CPI) in November increased by 0.23% compared to October. The average for the first 11 months of this year increased by 4.53% compared to the same period last year.

The group of medicines and medical services increased due to the implementation of Circular No. 22/2023/TT-BYT dated November 17, 2023 of the Ministry of Health regulating the unification of prices for medical examination and treatment services covered by health insurance among hospitals of the same rank nationwide and providing guidance on the application of prices and payment of medical examination and treatment costs covered by health insurance in some cases.
The province's total revenue from social consumer services in the first 11 months was estimated at VND14,406 billion, up 8.5% over the same period last year. Revenue from retail sales of goods was estimated at VND71,776 billion, up 16.7%.
