As of early October 2024, the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation in Chi Linh City (Hai Duong) had collected 1,817 units of blood, exceeding the annual target by 417 units (equivalent to 29.8%).

On October 2 and 6, the Chi Linh City Voluntary Blood Donation Campaign organized the second blood donation campaign, attracting more than 2,000 people to register and collect 1,086 units of blood.
Through both rounds of the "Chi Linh Thousand Red Hearts" Festival in 2024, Chi Linh collected 1,817 units of blood, exceeding the assigned target by 417 units. All collected blood was transferred to the Provincial General Hospital for emergency treatment of patients.
