On the afternoon of August 11, the first 2024 Member Club Table Tennis Tournament organized by the Hai Duong Provincial Table Tennis Federation closed after 1.5 days of competition.
As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded the first place trophy to the Hoa Chau Hai Duong Club. The second place trophy belonged to the Tan Truong Club. The Hung Son An Hien Club and the Gia Loc Club shared the third place trophy.
In the AD singles category, the first prize went to tennis player Nguyen Vu Hoang Nam (Hoa Chau Hai Duong Club); the first prize in the EF singles category went to tennis player Nguyen Ngoc Kim Ngan (Thai Tan Club).
Previously, nearly 200 male and female tennis players from all 30 member clubs in all 12 districts, cities and towns competed in various events. The tournament gathered many strong tennis players in all categories, with higher-ranked athletes giving handicaps to lower-ranked athletes.
Hai Duong Table Tennis Federation currently has 30 member clubs, with about 1,000 male and female athletes, young and old, practicing regularly, organizing many exchange tournaments between clubs in the federation and with clubs outside the province.
