World famous travel guide recommends top 10 destinations in Vietnam

World-famous travel guide Lonely Planet has recommended the top 10 travel destinations to explore the culture, cuisine and hidden gems of Vietnam.

1. Phu Quoc - For those who love the sea and islands

Phu Quoc seems to have everything a beach lover could wish for: from crystal clear turquoise waters and surrounded by fine sandy beaches, fiery red sunsets and diverse resorts and entertainment.

2. Hanoi - For those who love wandering the streets

Hanoi is considered by Lonely Planet as an ideal destination to start your journey to explore Vietnam. The capital of the S-shaped land has a glorious history, attractive cuisine as well as being the center of other tourist destinations in the North. Writer Joe Bindloss of Lonely Planet emphasized that visitors should not miss the experience of enjoying draft beer in the Old Quarter to have a more interesting nightlife here.

3. Lan Ha Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay - For those who love taking photos

Away from the crowds of tourists in Ha Long Bay, visitors can find more comfort and tranquility in Lan Ha Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay.
