The Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) has just issued instructions on payment of university admission fees in 2024.
Accordingly, candidates must complete registration and adjust their admission wishes before 5:00 p.m. on July 30 and pay the admission fee online from July 31 to 5:00 p.m. on August 6.
To ensure convenience and avoid overload during the process of candidates making online payments, the Ministry of Education and Training announces the schedule for candidates to make online payments on the admission registration support system according to the provinces/cities (where candidates have submitted their applications) as follows:
From 0:00 on July 31 to 17:00 on August 1: Hanoi, Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Tuyen Quang, Lao Cai, Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Son La, Yen Bai.
From 0:00 on August 1 to 17:00 on August 2: Hoa Binh, Thai Nguyen, Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Bac Giang, Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc, Bac Ninh, Hai Duong, Hai Phong City.
From 0:00 on August 2 to 17:00 on August 3: Hung Yen, Thai Binh, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An.

The Ministry of Education and Training coordinates with the Government Office to prepare infrastructure for connection and online payment of registration fees through the National Public Service Portal with 17 main online payment channels nationwide.
The Ministry of Education and Training requests that the Departments of Education and Training coordinate and support the dissemination of information to candidates in the area so that they know and properly follow the above-mentioned division schedule, and at the same time direct high schools to deploy support work for candidates.
In particular, payment support helps candidates (on the candidate's payment software interface) in cases where candidates cannot make payments themselves, especially candidates in difficult circumstances and candidates in remote areas.
