Comrade Nguyen Manh Cuong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee; leaders of Binh Phuoc province and leaders of Party press agencies in the Southeast region and several localities attended the workshop.
At the workshop, delegates discussed and shared effective solutions and methods in information and propaganda for Party building on ethics with the following contents: Requirements for the press and journalists to build the Party; the press with the task of preventing and repelling the manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation"; the press taking the initiative on the ideological front, innovating the content and form of propaganda for Party building... Hai Duong Newspaper had a presentation at the workshop on some methods of Hai Duong Newspaper in propaganda for Party building on ethics.

The Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists Association said that to develop "constructive journalism", journalistic works need to have simple, concise, useful content, close to the people, and especially need to seek and propose effective solutions.
Along with raising issues, the press needs to propose solutions to solve the problem, improve the situation to attract, engage, and increase reader interaction; change the "habit" from focusing on exploiting negative information to promoting positive information. Press agencies also need to continue to innovate their forms, focus on creating multimedia press works to attract and appeal to many readers...
Comrade Le Quoc Minh suggested that Party press agencies need to continue operating in accordance with their principles and purposes, maintain a revolutionary stance to promote strengths, "use positivity to push back negativity" and make an important contribution to the development of "constructive journalism".
