Effectively implement the Central Committee's resolutions and conclusions on Party building and organization work.

On the afternoon of April 1, the Central Organizing Committee held an online conference to evaluate the results of Party building and organization work in the first quarter of 2024 and deploy tasks for the second quarter of 2024. Comrade Mai Van Chinh, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Organizing Committee chaired the conference.

Comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee chaired the conference at the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee Organizing Committee.

At the conference, the Central Organizing Committee thoroughly grasped the contents of Regulation No. 137-QD/TW dated December 1, 2023 of the Secretariat on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of specialized agencies assisting the Provincial Party Committee and the Municipal Party Committee directly under the Central Committee; Regulation No. 138-QD/TW dated December 1, 2023 of the Secretariat on the functions, tasks, and working relationships of Party Committees and grassroots Party cells of agencies; Instruction No. 26-HD/BTCTW dated November 30, 2023 of the Central Organizing Committee on the implementation of the arrangement of organizations, cadres, civil servants, and public employees of Party agencies, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations in localities implementing the arrangement of district- and commune-level administrative units in the period 2023-2030.

According to the Central Organizing Committee, in the second quarter of 2024, the Party building work will focus on the following key tasks: Implementing projects and tasks assigned by the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, the Sub-committees serving the 14th National Party Congress and Party committees at all levels to ensure progress and quality; continuing to effectively implement the resolutions and conclusions of the 13th Central Executive Committee on Party building work; doing well the work of organizing the apparatus, payroll and job positions; synchronously and closely implementing all stages of personnel work; effectively implementing internal political protection work; continuing to perform well regular tasks, building a clean and strong Party building organization sector...

In the first quarter of 2024, the Central Organizing Committee promptly disseminated and concretized the regulations and instructions of the Central Committee and Party committees at all levels on Party building and organization work. Timely advised on regular and ad hoc personnel work, including high-ranking personnel of the Party and State to serve the meetings of the 13th Party Central Committee. Actively advised on the implementation of the activities of the Party Charter Subcommittee, the 14th Party Congress Personnel Subcommittee and the Steering Committee for strategic-level personnel planning. Guided, monitored, urged, and synthesized the results of the 2023 quality review, assessment, and classification of Party organizations, Party members, and collectives of leaders and managers at all levels to ensure strictness, democracy, and objectivity. In Hai Duong, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and district-level Party Committees, with a proactive spirit and high determination, actively followed the set plan and urgently implemented tasks to ensure progress and quality.
