Hai Duong Province Industrial Parks Management Board abolishes many administrative procedures

In 2023, the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board advised the Provincial People's Committee to abolish 5 internal procedures for handling administrative procedures in the field of labor management, including: reporting and explaining the need, changing the need to use foreign labor; granting work permits to foreign workers; re-issuing work permits to foreign workers; confirming that workers are not subject to work permits; extending work permits for foreign workers.

The provincial Industrial Park Management Board has proposed to shorten the time for the province to carry out procedures for checking and accepting completed works from 20 days to 18 days; proactively shorten the time for granting investment registration certificates from 3-5 days compared to regulations.

The reform and streamlining of administrative procedures has helped businesses in industrial parks save a lot of time and effort, contributing to improving the province's investment environment to become more open and convenient.
