Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trieu The Hung acknowledged the efforts of the education sector in recent years, especially during the time affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, but schools still ensured teaching and learning; key education continued to achieve positive results when it was always among the top in the country.
To consider awarding the title of Excellent Teacher this time, comrade Trieu The Hung acknowledged the proactiveness and careful preparation of the units in reviewing and making a list of proposed awards for 11 teachers. These are people who have made many contributions and achieved many achievements in teaching and management. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the agencies and units to be responsible for the data and accuracy in the records of each individual nominated. The agency assisting the council will soon complete the records and procedures to submit to the competent authority in considering awarding the title of Excellent Teacher.

In order to have more teachers considered for the title, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trieu The Hung suggested that in the coming time, all levels, sectors and schools create conditions for teachers to participate more in research on scientific topics and projects. Teachers should be proactive in proposing, recommending, participating in studying and researching to meet all the criteria for recognition.
The council members unanimously agreed to make a list of 10 out of 11 teachers proposed to vote for the title of Excellent Teacher; 1 teacher did not meet the requirements as prescribed. As a result, the 10 teachers received 100% of the votes of the council members.
Previously, the council received 11 applications for the title of Excellent Teacher from the Councils: Department of Education and Training, Chi Linh City, Kinh Mon Town and Provincial Political School. 7 teachers are managers, 4 are teachers.
