10,162 vehicles have changed from white to yellow license plates.
According to statistics from the Road Motor Vehicle Registration and Management Team under the Traffic Police Department (Provincial Police), from August 1, 2020 to December 29, 2021, the whole province had 10,162 vehicles that had changed from white license plates to yellow license plates (reaching 95.6%).
There are currently nearly 500 transport vehicles that are required to change their license plates but have not done so. The reason is that these vehicles are not currently in circulation locally, so the vehicle owners cannot carry out the change because they have to return the old license plates.
