Hai Duong traffic inspectors fined 41 transport business cars for violations

Implementing the plan to inspect automobile transportation business in Hai Duong province by the Department of Transport, from August 10 to September 25, the Department of Transport Inspectorate inspected and punished 41 cases of automobile transportation business violations, fined more than VND 524 million, and revoked the driving licenses of 11 cases.

Violations of business and business conditions for passenger and cargo transportation, overloading, departure conditions, order, traffic safety, etc.

The plan to inspect automobile transport business in Hai Duong province by the Department of Transport is implemented in 2 phases: from August 10 to August 14, propaganda and commitment signing will be carried out; from August 15 to October 31, inspection and handling of violations will be carried out.

The inspection contents include coordination in the general control of passenger and cargo transport vehicles by container; inspection of passenger transport business: by fixed-route cars, fixed-route buses, taxis, and by contract; inspection of cargo transport business by car; inspection and handling of the phenomenon of "illegal cars, illegal stations", "disguised fixed-route cars", "combined cars, and convenient cars".

Through inspections, violations are promptly corrected, thereby raising awareness of law compliance among drivers, vehicle owners, and transport businesses; enhancing the effectiveness of state management of transport business activities by car, contributing to reducing traffic accidents, risks of causing disorder, traffic safety and protecting road traffic infrastructure in the province.
