Hai Duong Department of Transport has just announced the list of Chinese enterprises and vehicles granted GMS road transport licenses and TAD books to operate on GMS transport routes.

GMS is a cooperation program of the Mekong Subregion, including Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar and Yunnan Province, Guangxi Province of China. Therefore, these 9 enterprises will be allowed to circulate in Vietnam, including Hai Duong.
9 vehicles including 7 cargo vehicles and 2 passenger vehicles belonging to 5 Chinese enterprises were granted GMS road transport licenses and TAD books by the Chinese Ministry of Transport to operate transport on GMS transport routes.(list details)
Hai Duong Department of Transport assigned the department's inspectors to coordinate with functional forces to inspect and supervise the operations of the above means of transport according to their authority.
The Department of Transport has notified the Provincial Police; People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to direct functional forces to monitor the operation of Chinese transport vehicles on GMS transport routes according to regulations.

TAD book is a temporary vehicle import tracking book issued to vehicles under the legal use of transport business units that have been granted GMS international road transport licenses.
