According to the Department of Health, the department will coordinate to provide health check-ups and medicine for 873 veterans, frontline workers, representatives of martyrs' relatives, and beneficiaries of martyr worship allowances who directly participated in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign, with a total estimated cost of 388 million VND.

Implementation time is from April 13 to 28, at the District Health Center or Commune Health Station. For the elderly and those in poor health who cannot come to the examination location, the units will arrange to visit and give gifts at home.
