These are the best topics selected by the jury from 481 topics of students/student groups from 103 higher education institutions nationwide participating in the preliminary round.
The Ministry of Education and Training has just officially announced the list of 85 topics of students from 45 universities, colleges, and academies nationwide selected for the final round of the Science and Technology Award for students in higher education institutions in 2023.
These are the best topics selected by the jury from 481 topics of students/student groups from 103 higher education institutions nationwide participating in the preliminary round. The final round and award ceremony will be held from November 8 to 10, in Da Nang.
According to Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Thanh Binh, Deputy Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment, Ministry of Education and Training, the Organizing Committee has established 12 evaluation councils gathering prestigious and highly qualified scientists, experts and lecturers in various fields to participate in the evaluation from the preliminary round. Of which, the Natural Science Council has 58 topics; Science, Engineering and Technology has 103 topics; Medical and Pharmaceutical Sciences has 42 topics; Agricultural Sciences has 24 topics; Social Sciences has 234 topics; Humanities has 20 topics. The topics are evaluated in a scientific, objective and impartial spirit.
According to Mr. Binh, the Science and Technology Award for students in higher education institutions nationwide is a prestigious award, organized and awarded annually by the Ministry of Education and Training to students who make efforts and are passionate about scientific and technological research in higher education institutions nationwide. Thereby, the Award contributes to improving the quality of training, is a driving force to promote scientific research, develop thinking, self-study capacity, self-research and innovation in students.
