Accumulated in the first 8 months of 2023, Ford Vietnam's car sales increased by 85% compared to the same period in 2022.
According to Ford Vietnam Co., Ltd., in August, the total number of vehicles sold at all dealers nationwide was nearly 2,800 vehicles, an increase of more than 2 times compared to the same period last year. Thereby, the total number of Ford vehicles sold in the first 8 months of 2023 was nearly 23,400 vehicles, an increase of 85% compared to the same period in 2022.
Accumulated after 8 months of 2023, Ford Ranger is the best-selling car model with nearly 9,900 vehicles. Ranked 2nd is Ford Everest with more than 5,900 vehicles. Ford Territory ranked 3rd with nearly 4,700 vehicles.
Due to good sales, Ford Vietnam's contribution to the budget has also increased. In Hai Duong, in the first 8 months of 2023, Ford Vietnam Co., Ltd. had the highest budget contribution among the 7 key enterprises of the province with nearly 2,355 billion VND, nearly 3 times higher than the same period in 2022, accounting for 69% of the total budget contribution of this group of 7 enterprises.
