4 new violations within the protection range of Bac Hung Hai canal bank

According to Bac Hung Hai Irrigation Works Exploitation One Member Co., Ltd., in October 2023, there were 4 new violations within the protection area of Bac Hung Hai canal bank, a decrease of 3 cases compared to September 2023.

Mr. Tran Van Vu's household in Hoa Che village, Hung Thang commune (Binh Giang) erected concrete pillars within the protection area of the Sat river irrigation project.

In the 4 violations above, Ninh Giang district had 2 cases of building permanent houses and encroaching land, Binh Giang had 1 case of encroaching land and Thanh Mien had 1 case of digging ponds.

From the beginning of 2023 to the end of October, there were a total of 77 violations, down 48% compared to the same period last year. Currently, 57 cases have been handled and cleared, including some violations from previous years. In September alone, 50 cases were handled, including 32 in Cam Giang and 18 in Gia Loc.

Bac Hung Hai Irrigation Works Exploitation One Member Co., Ltd. directed the company's irrigation works management stations to increase patrols, control and detect violations. At the same time, coordinate with localities to actively propagate and prevent new violations from occurring.
