On the morning of December 17, Tu Ky Chess Club (Hai Duong) coordinated with the ASEAN Business Club in Ha Dong area to organize the 1st Tu Ky Chess Club Open Chess Tournament in 2023.
341 players participated in the competition from 23 clubs and schools in Tu Ky, Ninh Giang districts and Hanoi city. The teams were divided into 10 groups competing in 5 age groups including 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 years old; each age group competed in separate male and female categories. The competition format was Swiss system with 5 rounds.
After half a day of exciting competition, the Organizing Committee awarded 10 first prizes, 20 second prizes, 30 third prizes and 107 consolation prizes to individuals.
