More than 20 universities have given students time off to avoid typhoon No. 3 (Yagi), while some have switched to online learning.
Most schools will have 1-2 days off, from September 7 to 8, except for Thai Binh University, which will extend the break until September 10. Students will be able to make up for lost time later.
