Here, two households of Mr. Vu Duy Dinh and Mr. Bui The Phuong are living and doing business on hundreds of square meters located in the corridor of provincial road 396 (East-West axis road of Hai Duong province).
The Dong Thap area has been planned by the Provincial People's Committee as a mausoleum to worship Mr. Doan Dinh Duyet, a Baron, Grand Minister of the Privy Council, Minister of Public Works and Minister of War, one of the four pillars of the Nguyen Dynasty during the reign of King Khai Dinh.
