The house fire happened around 6am today. Two children were trapped in the burning house from the 4th floor.
On the morning of October 21, a leader of the Bac Tu Liem District Police (Hanoi) said that at around 6 am today, the unit received a report of a fire at a house at No. 7, Alley 114, Lane 355, Xuan Dinh Street, Xuan Dinh Ward, Bac Tu Liem District.
The fire fighting force of Bac Tu Liem District Police quickly arrived at the scene. In addition, the Command Center dispatched 2 vehicles of Tay Ho District Police to support.
Arriving at the scene, the authorities deployed a team to climb up the stairs to approach the fire on the 4th floor of the house.
Thanks to timely fire fighting, the fire was completely extinguished within 5 minutes.
During the fire fighting process, the working group guided two children trapped inside to escape safely. The cause of the fire was determined to be a short circuit in a hair dryer.
