According to the Hai Duong Province Hydrometeorological Station, the cold air mass is moving south and will affect the province from the evening of April 12.

Due to the influence of cold air, Hai Duong area has scattered showers and thunderstorms, followed by rain in some places. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind. The weather turns cold, with cold nights and mornings. The lowest temperature is commonly between 16 - 18 degrees Celsius.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, due to the impact of cold air, from the night of April 12, the weather in the Northern and North Central regions will turn cold, with some mountainous areas experiencing cold weather.

During the nights of April 13-14, the weather will be very cold, with the lowest temperature in the North ranging from 16-19 degrees Celsius, in mountainous areas below 13 degrees Celsius. In the North Central region, it will be around 17-20 degrees Celsius.

Due to the influence of cold air, the weather during the day and night of April 12 in the Northwest region and provinces from Thanh Hoa to Quang Binh will have moderate rain, heavy rain, some places will have very heavy rain with common rainfall from 30 - 60 mm, some places over 90 mm. The area from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai in the evening and at night will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain from 15 - 30 mm, some places over 60 mm.

Severe weather conditions may occur with thunderstorms such as tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong winds. Heavy rain in a short period of time (over 80 mm/6 hours) poses a risk of flooding in low-lying areas, flash floods on small streams and landslides in steep mountainous areas.

Provinces from Thanh Hoa to Hue have clouds, sunny days, especially in the western mountainous areas it is hot; in the evening and at night there is rain, showers and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy rain, especially in the area from Thanh Hoa to Quang Binh there is moderate rain, heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain. Light wind. Lowest temperature from 19 - 22 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature from 32 - 35 degrees Celsius, especially in the western mountainous areas from 35 - 37 degrees Celsius, some places above 37 degrees Celsius.

From Da Nang to Binh Thuan, it is cloudy, sunny during the day, especially in the North, it is hot; in the evening and at night, there are showers and thunderstorms in some places; in the North, there is rain, showers and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy rain. East to southeast wind level 2 - 3. Lowest temperature from 23 - 26 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature from 31 - 34 degrees Celsius, especially in the North, from 35 - 37 degrees Celsius.
