111 models of "farmers collecting, classifying and processing household waste into organic fertilizer"

The district-level Farmers’ Association has proactively built models of farmers participating in environmental protection at 100% of the association’s facilities. Of these, there are 527 models of “Farmers’ Associations participating in protecting a green, clean, and beautiful environment”, 289 models of “Waste-free fields”, 111 models of “Farmers collecting, classifying, and processing household waste into organic fertilizer” with over 4,000 farmer members participating.

Since the beginning of 2023, the Provincial Farmers' Association has directly supported 30 composite bins (capacity from 120-160 liters/bin) and 60 kg of organic waste composting yeast for the model "Farmers collect, classify and process organic waste into fertilizer at households" in Phu Dien commune (Nam Sach). The Provincial Farmers' Association has coordinated to support 300 composite bins and 300 kg of waste treatment yeast for Thanh Xa commune (Thanh Ha). The Association continues to build and maintain 14 models of "Farmers collect, classify and process organic waste into fertilizer at households" in 14 communes, wards and towns in the districts of Ninh Giang, Gia Loc, Cam Giang, Binh Giang, Tu Ky, Nam Sach, Thanh Mien, Kinh Mon town and Chi Linh city.

According to the assessment of the Provincial Farmers' Association, the models have actively contributed to raising awareness, changing farmers' behavior, and reducing bad habits that cause environmental pollution.
